Check out O.W.L (Orphaned Wildlife Rehabilitation Society) : they specialize in rehabilitating and treating raptors from all over BC.  They are an amazing charitable organization that incorporates education, a great newsletter, and an open-to-the -public facility in Delta. You can adopt birds for the year and that helps feed and house them.
